React Job: Full-Stack Java Developer - React - AEM - REMOTE W

Full-Stack Java Developer - React AEM - REMOTE WORK - 52841

Pay Range - $55 - $60/hr

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Full-Stack Java Developer - React - AEM to work on Remote basis.

Must Haves:

• Full stack development experience Java/React. Would like as close to 50/50 as possible.
  • Would prefer someone leaning backend to someone leaning front end
• Basic AEM experience don't need to be an expert, they can train on this. If they've developed components in AEM that is helpful
• Needs to be senior level
  • HM measures senior level by their thought-process. Need to have the mindset to look at what they need to build and understand what errors they might run into, what monitors they need to think about as they're writing code, etc. these are "functional requirements." If the candidate doesn't understand what functional requirements are, they will be ruled out quickly by the architect
  • Not looking for an architect who is open to taking a step down into an senior level role. Needs to be hands on, in the weeds with the code
  • They would like this person to have held a senior level title in the past

Project:

• SU Application team they are redesigning 2 university applications. This work will be done within the next 2 months
• Then they will shift to working on the post-application experience. They will develop a document center where applicants can enter transcripts, IDs, etc.
• The platform they're building the applications on has a PeopleSoft/Mule backend, and AEM front end with many integrations throughout the layers

Responsibilities:

• Developing components in AEM using the Mule APIs
• Web application development Java/React
